About The SPE Crawfish Boil
Celebrating 41 Years!
Since 1983: The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Crawfish Boil is an event focused on supplying a financial need for local families who have hardships due to medical-related issues. Together as a community, an estimated 3,500 people gather to eat over 12,000 pounds of Louisiana crawfish with potatoes, corn, and onions. For those who do not prefer crawfish we offer brats and hotdogs. This fun filled event, benefits as many as 2 dozen families of our neighbors who can't pay for the health concerns.
If you've never been, consider yourself invited for great food, drinks, activities for the whole family and live music.

We have four donation levels available. A minimum donation of $100 includes a sign with your company name on it, and on our website. To make all aspects of the Crawfish Boil run properly, we rely on a community of volunteers. As a volunteer, not only will you get to be part of a cherished local tradition, but it’s also a great way to meet new people and have some fun. We need assistance for tasks such as, food preparation, clean up and more. No experience necessary. If you are interested, complete the form and we will get back to you.
